Short answer
No, not any more. Toyota UK sells the model year 2026 Land Cruiser as a five-seater, and the seven-seat versions sold from 2024 are no longer offered, so a seven-seat Land Cruiser now means buying used.
If you need a Toyota Land Cruiser 7-seater, a used example of the 2024 car is one route. The seven-seat SUVs listed below are the other, and most of them match the Land Cruiser's 3,500kg towing limit.
Toyota UK says the 48V battery under the floor led to a redesigned luggage area with a flat floor, and that is why the model year 2026 car has five seats. The Hybrid 48V pairs a 2.8-litre turbodiesel with a mild-hybrid system that adds up to 12kW (16bhp) and 65Nm, with an automatic gearbox.
carwow still lists the Land Cruiser with five to seven seats, but Toyota UK, Auto Express and Drive all describe the current car as a five-seater, so check before you order if a listing promises seven seats on a new car.
When this generation reached the UK in 2024, both the Invincible and First Edition had seven seats as standard, priced at £74,995 and £79,995 at the April 2024 launch. Those are the cars to look for if you want a Land Cruiser with a third row.
Reviewers were not keen on the extra seats. carwow found them mounted very low, leaving knees raised with little thigh support, and Auto Express called them cramped, awkward to reach and clumsy to fold. The Isofix points are on the two outer middle-row seats, and Auto Express quotes 620 litres of boot space for the seven-seat version, against 742 litres for today's five-seater. The Land Cruiser has no Euro NCAP rating, according to Auto Express.
Land Rover makes most of the obvious alternatives. The Land Rover Discovery has seven seats as standard, a 3,500kg towing limit and a third row that Auto Express says can carry two fully grown adults in relative comfort. The Range Rover LWB matches that towing figure, with a third row reviewers rate for adults, at a much higher price.
The Defender 110's optional 5+2 third row suits children, while the longer Defender 130 has room for adults in the back. Outside Land Rover, KGM UK rates the Rexton at 3,500kg for far less money, though carwow says its rearmost seats are only big enough for children. Our Toyota 7-seaters page shows what Toyota still sells with seven or more seats.

No. Toyota UK sells the model year 2026 Land Cruiser Hybrid 48V as a five-seater, and says the battery under the floor led to a redesigned, flat-floored luggage area. The seven-seat versions sold from 2024 are no longer offered.
Yes. This generation arrived in the UK in 2024 with seven seats as standard on both the Invincible and First Edition, so used examples from that launch have a third row. Reviewers found those seats low and cramped, so try them before you buy.
Auto Express and Drive quote 742 litres for the current five-seater, or 2,000 litres with the rear seats folded; neither says how the figures were measured. Auto Express gives 620 litres for the earlier seven-seat version.
