Vauxhall's Flex7 people carrier, sold new from 2012 to 2018, with a sliding middle row
Quick answer
Yes. Every Zafira Tourer has seven seats, using Vauxhall's Flex7 system.
A sliding middle row makes the Zafira Tourer's back seats easy to reach, though the third row suits children. Reviewers prefer the diesel engines.
The Vauxhall Zafira Tourer 7-seater was sold new in the UK from 2012 until June 2018, when Vauxhall dropped it as buyers moved to SUVs, so the youngest examples date from 2018. Each middle seat folds on its own.
With all seven seats up the boot shrinks to 152 litres, and the known faults are quick to check on a test drive.

With all seven seats in use the boot holds 152 litres, 94 litres less than the median for the 4 new MPVs, on sale or coming soon, with a published boot figure. With five seats in use the boot holds 710 litres, rising to a maximum of 1,860 litres.
How it is measured Auto Express figures. Parkers and Carwow also give 710 litres with the third row folded and 1,860 litres with both rear rows folded.
At 4,658mm (4.66m, 15ft 3in) long, the Zafira Tourer is 529mm shorter than the median new MPV. It is 1,685mm tall.
Third row suitsChildren
Auto Express and Carwow both say the back row really suits children, and Auto Express calls it cramped for adults. The middle row slides, which Carwow says makes climbing into the back very easy. Each middle seat folds on its own and the centre one can be stowed away.
2Isofix points
The Zafira Tourer has two Isofix points: outer seats in row 2. None are in the third row.
5 stars from Euro NCAP. Ratings from different years are not directly comparable, as the tests get tougher over time.
Before you buy: ask a Vauxhall dealer whether the car was part of the July 2016 track rod end recall, and try the tailgate release several times.

152 litres with all seven seats in use, 710 litres with five seats in use and a maximum of 1,860 litres.
The Vauxhall Zafira Tourer is 4,658mm long (4.66m, 15ft 3in) and 1,685mm tall.
Two: outer seats in row 2. There are no Isofix points in the third row.
Not comfortably. The third row is best kept for children.
The Jogger is better for adults in the back: carwow rates its third row as good enough for grown-ups, where the Zafira's suits children. Boot space with all seats up is close, at 160 litres for the Jogger and 152 for the Zafira Tourer on Auto Express figures. The Zafira Tourer is longer, at 4,658mm against 4,550mm, and carwow says its sliding middle row makes the third row very easy to reach.
Both have two Isofix points. Euro NCAP gave the Dacia Jogger one star in 2021, while sources disagree on whether this Zafira was tested at all.
A diesel. Auto Express recommends the 1.6 CDTi for refinement, and CarGurus suggests the 2.0 CDTi for regular motorway driving. The Zafira Tourer was sold with manual and automatic gearboxes.
No direct replacement was confirmed in the sources we checked. Vauxhall dropped the Zafira Tourer from its UK range in June 2018 as buyers moved to SUVs.
Vauxhall's seven-seat options now include the Frontera SUV, where seven seats are an option on some versions, and the electric Combo Life Electric XL.
