The Peugeot 7-seater range is led by the 5008 SUV, which has seven seats as standard as a mild hybrid, a plug-in hybrid or the fully electric E-5008. For more space, the E-Rifter Long and E-Traveller are electric, van-based people carriers.
The 5008 and E-5008 share a body 4,791mm long, and Peugeot quotes 348 litres of boot space with all seven seats up, though Auto Express quotes 259. Their third row suits adults on short trips. The E-Rifter Long's two rearmost seats lift out, and Completecar.ie found adults of average height reasonably comfortable in all seven seats.

Pick the Peugeot 5008 or E-5008 if you want an SUV; the decision is about power. The 5008 Hybrid 145 can tow only 750kg braked against 1,300kg for the plug-in hybrid, while the E-5008 offers up to 414 miles of range with the 97kWh Long Range battery and tows 1,000kg. Both have two Isofix points, on the outer middle-row seats, and a four-star Euro NCAP rating from 2025.
The E-Rifter Long is the practical choice for loads, with 209 litres behind the third row, 1,050 litres with it removed and 3,500 litres with the middle row folded (CarGurus). Seven seats come only with the Long body in Allure trim, on which Peugeot lists twin sliding side doors as an option, though reviewers describe sliding doors on both sides. Euro NCAP says child seats should not be fitted in its third row, and Auto Express says the optional tow bar cannot be fitted to Long versions.
The E-Traveller is a full-size people carrier, about 4.9 metres long by Peugeot's figures, and drive.co.uk says every seat has plenty of head and legroom. carwow lists seven seats only on Allure versions, and in October 2026 Peugeot's online offers showed only Combi and Active versions, so check that a seven-seater is still available.
Four: the Peugeot 5008, the Peugeot E-Rifter Long, the Peugeot E-5008 and the Peugeot E-Traveller.

The Peugeot 5008 and the Peugeot E-5008, with 348 litres each with all seven seats in use.
Yes. Every UK 5008 and E-5008 has seven seats as standard, the E-Rifter is offered with seven seats in Long Allure form, and the E-Traveller people carrier has six to nine seats depending on the version. The 5008 is the Peugeot 7-seater SUV; the others are van-based.
Yes. The E-5008 offers up to 414 miles of range with its 97kWh battery, the E-Rifter Long up to 199 miles and the E-Traveller up to 219 miles. Compare them with every other electric 7-seater.
The 5008 and E-5008 have only two Isofix points, both on the outer middle-row seats. drive.co.uk reports three across the E-Rifter Long's middle row, but Euro NCAP says the centre one is optional in some markets, and there are none in its third row. The E-Traveller is the better bet: Peugeot's April 2022 price guide listed at least three Isofix sets in the middle row. Our guide to 7-seaters with three Isofix points lists the alternatives.
